Rental Rates 2024​

(minimum stay of 6 nights)* :

Rent outside the Belgian school holidays:

- January to March, November and December:   € 195,-

- April, May, October:     € 240,-

- June, September:     €310

Rent during Belgian school holidays/public holidays:
- July August:     € 480,-
- autumn, Christmas and spring break :   €310,-

- Easter holidays:     € 340,-

*Prices per night. Arrival after 17:00 on the 1st day, Departure before 10:00 on the last day. If you want to stay less nights, please contact us.

Conditions

Upon reservation and signing of the lease, half of the rent will be requested as a deposit, second half + rental deposit (€ 700, -) 2 weeks before the stay after which all practical information will be sent.
Included: bed-sheets, towels and beach-towels. 
Not included: cleaning € 190/stay (it is obligatory and must be paid together with the 2nd half), excessive consumption of electricity and water.
